GE72 7RE Apache Pro gaming laptop cpu throttling to 800mhz (No Overheating)

The cpu should throttle at 95c max, but I never go above 80c. It drops to 800mhz and comes back to 3500 mhz every 10 seconds. This makes my games lag so much and I hate it. I heard that disabling BC PROCHOT in throttle stop helps, but I did some research and read that it removes the 95c cap, which I for sure don't want just to be safe. I don't want my laptop fried.. Please help and I will love you forever..

Ask MSI to fix the problem, if they can´t, ask for refund or new laptop, simple.
