Gears of war 4 PC - Stuttering and lagging even with high fps? Please HELP

Hello folks I need a bit of a help with an issue am facing. I am playing gears of war 4 in my laptop where I generally get 45-60 fps in multiplayer and 40-50 fps in campaign but in some high intensity situation especially in combat my fps often drop below 40 but always stays above '35', still the game feels like lagging and stuttering as if am getting a very low fps. I've asked other gamers on youtube with lower specs than mine playing on 25-30 fps with game running smoothly. So i believe the issue is uniquely mine.
Please anybody help ME!

i5 5200u - 2.2ghz
8gb ddr3 memory
gtx 850m 4gb ddr3
1 tb 5400rpm

Your system is bellow the minimum specs listed, so stutter is to be expected. Drop the quality settings and maybe the resolution.

You may be having some heat issues also in your laptop, monitor the temps using HWMonitor or a similar utility.

Make sure your power settings are set to full power and that you are playing on wall power not on battery.
