GeF 256 based chipset on old motherboard

I want to buy a Elsa Erasor X (GeForce 256 based chipset)
Is my old Intel 440 BX motherboard compatible ? (The last time I put a geforce 256 on my comp, windows 95 didnt detect it at all, now i got win98SE)

Even Windows2000 won't recognize the GeForce2's even on brand new machines. It'll use standard VGA drivers that Windows defaults to with card newer than the OS. Just install the drivers either supported with the card or download the Detonators at nVidia's web page.
