GEFORCE® GTX 1060 ARMOR 6G OC FPS fails

I have a GEFORCE® GTX 1060 ARMOR 6G OC and i have installed everything from the disk that came with it but when i tried to play Assassins Creed IV Black Flag the fps dropped to 5FPS or lower why dont i have a Normal FPS?

what is your entire configuration?

Also, update the graphic driver to the last version from Nvidia Website and not from CD that comes together.

Are you monitor plugged into the GPU and not to the motherboard?
