GeForce® GTX 1080 G1 Gaming 8G Utility App

As the title says, I have a GeForce® GTX 1080 G1 Gaming 8G GPU, and need to download the "correct" Utility, so I can manage my RGB colorization, style and also control the OC feature & the fan curves. I have gone to their website and downloaded the VGA-Xtreme Engine "twice", to no avail. I also tried the AORUS GRAPHICS ENGINE to see if I could use those features, but again, nothing.
Am I missing something here? Is there another download someplace else? I have ticketed Gigabyte themselves, but have gone a week of waiting and no response. I'm thinking it's time to RMA this GPU and try a newer one. But, if someone in this community can find an answer, or point me in the right direction, I'd like to avoid the RMA altogether.

Jed, I cannot use the OC function, I cannot control the lighting nor the lighting effects. This is the 2nd exact GPU with the same exact problem. I’m just about about ready to RMA this card as well seeing as though I am paying for this feature and cannot utilize it. How disappointing!
