geforce 1050 ti + radeon rx 580 sli/crossfire in directx 12

It is possible but so far it will work for one game and one game only.

No! you cannot do this. You cannot crossfire two graphics cards of different "Grahics Processing Unit" manufactures different GPU architecture's. and the 1050ti does not support AMD crossfire and NVIDIA SLI.
