Geforce 1050ti to upgrade a really budget pc

Hey guys,

I mostly used my PC for work stuff, with minimal gaming. It is a PC I bought off a friend a while ago that was leaving the country; its the stock ASUS CP3130 specs looks something like this:

• 
  -Intel - Core i7-3770S 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor (That comes with onboard
  Intel® HD Graphics 4000, which is, dreadful for graphic tasks)
  -ADATA MI64C1D1629Z1 - 16GB (2x8GB) 1600Mhz PC3-12800U
  -200 W Power supply
  -Tiny motherboard that wont fit a proper graphics card, and its like facing downwards

As you can imagine, me trying to resurrect this "powerhouse" /s , the budget is rather tight.

Obviously the motherboard and the power supply would need to change.

I was thinking of getting upgrades like:

• 
  -Asustek Intel B75 with Motherboard LGA1155, ga-b75 m-d2 V Plus (Basically Asus but Japan version)
  -500W power supply
  -Ge Force 1050ti 4g
  -mini atx case

which would cost around 350 dollars here.

Do you guys think if this is worth the investment at all? Or would you holding off to upgrades and saving more to get something like Ryzen 5 1600 with different motherboard etc or simply a different graphics card?

Would love to hear your ideas.

i think investing in those parts would be a great idea, but the 1050 ti is quite big depending on what version you get so the micro itx case may be too small, but the cpu and ram should be fine
