Last year when the 980 Ti was launched, it was $799 on launch day however it was further reduced to $649 in the USA. http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/anton-shilov/nvidia-drops-prices-of-geforce-gtx-980-gtx-980-ti-but-not-for-europe/

Here in the UK i paid £560 on launch day for my 980 ti - ~$799. I bet the 1080's are more like £550 here in the UK.

If the 1070's are $379 (£250) i might buy 2 of those rather than the 1080.... price depending.

anyone in america fancy buying one for me and sending it over as a 'gift'? :pt1cable: just kidding :bounce:

The prices for every single Maxwell & Kepler GPU nvidia still sell as new should be theoretically slashed in half. I say this because a single 1070 : $379/£250 can out perform a £900 Titan X GPU, never mind a GTX 960, 970, 980, 980 ti etc....
