New 1080ti - Running CPUID's hardware monitor shows that only 2 GPU's seem to be doing anything? One's at 0% usage basically, while running games even? Is this normal?

However correct me if I'm wrong, that isn't showing 3 different components, that's showing the MINIMUM achieved since boot right? The 3 columns are not 3 components, they are MAX, MIN, AVERAGE?

Equally that screenshot is not showing GPU usage, it is showing fan usage. The rest is CPU related.

If not - Frankly, I'd first just check inside your case to see if all 3 fans are spinning (and also that your GPU actually HAS 3 fans). HWMonitor can often throw out incorrect readings with RPMs, Temps and Voltages.

Also, newer GPUs regulate their heat dynamically, so the fans will turn on only once the GPU cores reach a certain temperature, and then the speed of the fans will increase in order to keep the temperature low as load increases. So...

I don't see anything showing GPU utilization in the screenshot provided.....I think it's just a little lower on the screen in HWMOnitor.
That would give you an idea of how stressed the GPU is, and what you should reasonably expect from GPU fans based on your fan curve set.

Your fan is running at 1500rpm or so, as necessary - approx 43% speed (ie it *could* do 3500rpm if necessary). Your fan curve profile, along with GPU load/temps will impact what it'll do.

Your GPU temp at 69'C max doesn't necessitate the GPU fan to do any more - it's already in perfectly safe operating temps.

Your CPU utilization wouldn't indicate a particularly 'stressful' game? What exactly were you playing, and how long for?
