geforce 2 gts detonator 45.23 problem

I installed for my geforce 2 gts(32ddr) 41.09 detonator drivers.
Now I want to install 45.23 dentonator drivers but every time error msg:"An error occurred while launching the setup. (0x80040702)"
I use win ME OS,and direct x 9.0b

Why bother? These newer drivers only enhance features your card doesn't even have!

Sounds like a corrupted download. I would d/l them again but from a different source. Dont use any mass download programs like download accelerator.

Bingo, that's what I'd have said too. Try re-downloading the file.
