Geforce 2 pro choice

Can anyone help with this choice?

MSI StarForce 831 GeForce2 Pro64MB DDR RAM ($130)
or
Guillemot Hercules 3D Prophet 4500 Kyro II 4500 64MB ($100)
I know the Prophet will prolly hog more cpu but its cheaper and i hear good things about it.

kairo2 doesnt have built in t&l, and not many dx8 features. and as for that msi, i am running that card right now, and it is great. despite the fact that my old decrepit motherboard cannot support it higher than 1x agp. which is pretty sad. but thank via making the mvp3 chipset not distribute enough juice to the agp slot.
i was debating the same two cards, and decided on the msi because it has the tv-out, and as far as i can tell from what i have read, can keep up with the geforce2 ultra on most things , and it can be overclocked. oh yeah, did you knwo that the kairo is basically an updated version of what the dreamcast has in it? i was told that by someone. maybe i read it here. i dont remember.
