Right off the bat, this same setup was working two weeks ago just fine.

I had a basic computer with a GeForce 210 inside using the DVI-D port to hook up to this DVI-D only monitor. Out of nowhere it starts going screwy on boot-up, displaying error codes and showing duplicates of the windows boot screen before going blank. Thing get really confusing for me here:

The GeForce 210 has an HDMI, a VGA, and a DVI-D port, I've tried all three of these on different monitors and I've had them work.

The monitor, a 30 inch IPS CCFL Backlit LCD Panel with a native res of 2560x1600, only has a DVI-D port, and I have tried this with another computer and it works. The only way I've got the GeForce 210 to recognize this monitor is by using an HDMI-to-DVI-D cable, and then it displays at half-resolution.

I don't understand why this specific computer will not detect this specific monitor through this specific port anymore.

I've tried wiping the NVIDIA drivers and reinstalling but this didn't work.

I am at a loss, any help is appreciated!

These are the other components inside the case:

  • ASRock H97M-ITX/ac LGA 1150 Intel H97
Antec EarthWatts Green EA-380D Green 380W Continuous power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
    Intel Celeron G1840 Haswell Dual-Core 2.8GHz LGA 1150 53W
    G.SKILL Value Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333

Try moving the card to the other computer and try the monitor again. Just to test every comination of things so you can nail down exactly your computer, the 210 and that monitor as the only 3 combinations that fail.

Maybe try a different cable? You did all the testing pretty much, I'd contact either the moitor support or nVidia support to check on what may be causing this.
