As you can see in the above link, NVIDIA has rolled out a graphics driver for Windows 10 preview called 349.72 International WHQL. This seems to be a spiritual successor to the 326.01 WHQL driver, which was a Windows 8.1 preview driver. I once ran the 326.01 driver on Windows 8 and it was the absolute best graphics driver I have ever used in any PC with any GPU. Now if only lightning can strike twice, it would be possible to install this driver on Windows 8.1 and it could become the next "miracle driver". (DEJA VU) However, I have not found any download links to this driver. Could it be that this driver is not compatible on Windows 8.1?
