Geforce 6200LE cheap upgrade plz

I currently have a 6200LE 256mb in an OLD machine. I am going to build a new machine in the spring and this comp will be a backup. I play WoW on lowest settings and only get about 15-20 fps max. I am looking for a cheap pcie upgrade to hold me over til spring. A 5770 would be nice but can I get something with atleast 512mb preferred 1gb that would be good but doesn't cost a bunch. I have a new 460 watt power supply in it now. I would like to stay under $100 if I can. Around $50 would be awesome.

what is your cpu? We need to know it because your cpu could severely bottleneck modern gpu.

Wouldn't go to 5770 as its too expensive and power hungry. Would recommend 5570. Even with 280W PSU it works perfectly fine, is cheap and has great performance.

For a backup PC, I agree with edvinasm that a HD5570 would be a good choice. When I think of "460W" PSUs, Coolermaster comes to mind. If it's the one described here: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-Power-Plus-460-W-RS-460-PMSR-A3-Power-Supply-Review/550/10 as you can see it won't kill your system but has a liar-label and might not be enough for anything much stronger.

Yes its the cool master. My processor is a 3.4 single core p4. I imagine now matter what I get there will be a bottleneck. I am looking for a decent upgrade that isn't expensive. The 5570 sounds like it will be best from what I have read. Any other recommendations would be appreciated. It's a really old powerspec that has been brought back to life. Everything except the case, CPU and gpu is new with in the last 2 years. New mobo, RAM, fans, hard drive etc. Powerspec model is 9263.
