Okay so the strangest thing happened:
New (to me) computer, good graphics card with HDMI, get monitor set up with DVI? Check, no problems at all.

Samsung 32" from 2014-2015 area, plug in, works, for the moment, start playing with the resolution, boop, "No Input", BUT, it shows it behind the message.

Tried various different possibilities (I am pretty decent with computers, been working with them for about 14 years now, age 9 to 23, so I've dealt with issues like this just not HDMI.) and nothing has worked for me, community, got any ideas?

I have a picture of it... just gotta figure out how to get it on here... (new to posting)

[edit] Specs might help I suppose...

Already did. Muuuuultiple times. Highest it goes is 1336x768. Hell it can do 1900x1080 at 60i but it looks like crap, and doesn't legitimately show everything.
