Question Geforce 930MX crashes randomly

My laptop's 930mx keeps randomly crashing. It's a dual GPU system with an intel GPU running win10.
Once it's crashed no application is able to see the 930mx and won't until I restart the laptop. The device manager shows no issues.
Changes in dxdiag output once crashed:

• Direct 3D Acceleration changes from "Enabled" to "Not Available"
• Direct 3D DDI changes from "12" to "unknown"

I have tried DDU and installing the newest drivers with no luck either.

seems like a failing gpu, but you could try to clean all your laptop motherboard and repaste both cpu and gpu, just make sure both heatsink and the gpu and cpu chips are all cleaned shiny before re applying paste, then dont forget to dusut off the heatfins and fans, and make sure the whole laptop pcb is clean.
