GeForce 9400 GT with Vista 32bit

I enjoy playing certain games and up untill 2 weeks ago performance and quality were great. Now alls i have is nothing but lag and its getting to where you can almost count the frames. Can anyone help?

this might be overheating, also something could happen to drivers and this also might be vistas foult. put it in other pc and see if the problem is occuring.

what game
what settings, low,med,high etc
resolution
did it used to run fine at that exact bit
and lastly but not least, your system specs
