geforce and tnt2

i know geforce cards are great, but the price over here for a geforce cards are about $50 more expensive than tnt2. just wondering.. what are the benefits of geforce card over tnt2? should i spend $50 more for the geforce card? im not a hardcore gamer.. and seldom deal with complicated graphics. tia.

if your going to want to play current games, i'd spend the extra 50 $$..If your doing nothing more then like Command and Conquer...I guess maybe go for the TnT2..Honestly though..if you want a cheap card...go for the ATI Radeon 32....It would be great...Has to be in the 170's..maybe less.

Radeon 32 meg DDR is the solution you want. Extremely cheap and performance comparable to a GF2. Avoid the SDR, VE and LE versions.

What are you talking about Snrub? Don't avoid the LE version.. it costs about half as much as the retail Radeon, and performs EXACTLY the same...

well, for ati Ra. 32MB card.. price here is about US200!! i can get geforce2mx for US100.. half the price
