Geforce Experience bug

Good morning,

I have this bizarre bug or a glitch when the new geforce experience UI came. It is so annoying and I cant record, broadcast or do anything. I simply click any button, nothing works. settings works but the main buttons nothing, I even tried doing hotkeys but still doesn't work. It was working from before but now no.

Download a new version, Un-install, then re-install?
I never let the Geforce driver updates install GFE.

To be honest, I only install GFE when I need it and un-install it as soon as I am done.
When I use Photoshop hot keys for my work, GFE launches using the same keys.

I tried uninstalling... I even installed the oldest version and it worked, but nvidia forced it to update and it never lets me to record
