Geforce experience recommends really low specs ghost recon, even with the my high pc specs except for my RAM even though most recommended specs on games is 8GB.

P.S It does not run that well either but i want to root out the cause.

Edit: just reinstalled geforce experince and drivers and now there is no "optimal" settings and performance is about the same

Solution
Your CPU is way to hot for idle.

Your BIOS settings are weird, I think you have enabled Dual Graphics/Multi-Monitor support in the BIOS which is letting your i7 take 4gbs of ram for video memory, so you only have 4gbs of ram for the game, hence the low optimization.

Also your ram isn't running at 1600mhz like it's supposed to, which is another BIOS setting. It's running at 1066 currently.
Right now i've tried to reinstall the drivers and that failed in that sense that i cant install it again.

On the subject on the games they ran okay but nowhere near as they should in online articles.

Supported memory for 4790K is DDR3-1333, DDR3-1600 with no OC. Higher than 1600MHz memory as the speed increase may add more performance.

Your memory is listed as running Single Channel @ 532MHz. That is, the memory is running at 1066MHz which is the wrong speed. You probably have the wrong hardware for memory.

Okay i've noticed my RAM is ddr3 1600MHz, but was never "officially" supported with motherboard according to the manual,
and every time i've tried to run it a dual channel, my system just would not boot. is there a way to circumvent this?

no worries but it is
