Question Geforce Experience Shadowplay Laggy During Facebook Live Streaming

Shadow play starts lagging during facebook live streaming but my in-game is smooth and have a healthy FPS also i have a fast internet with 200mb/s. before it was fine & smooth. it was occured when i updated my graphics driver, can anyone solve the same problem??

Should i need to reset my laptop to go back where it was before.? or there is any other option rather than that.
