GeForce Experience vs. Drivers

I am planning on getting a GTX 960 from Asus, the Strix 2GB version. When downloading the drivers without the disc, should I download GeForce Experience to get the driver from there or get the driver alone? I will be using Shadowplay in the future. Also, if I download the most recent driver by itself, will it come with GeForce Experience or do I have to download that seperately?

IF you download the driver the geforce experience is included but its not necessery to install it cause you can tick it or not but since you want to use shadowplay then you should not untick the geforce experience 😀

The driver package have GFE included thoughvyou can still download GFE stand alone client. During installation process you can choose to install GFE or not using advance/custom option (express install will install all the stuff inside driver package). But to use shadowplay GFE must be installed because the feature only accessible through GFE
