Geforce Experience will not load for some reason, please help. (Pictures)

I just built my friend a computer and at first the driver installs went smoothly games played great etc. etc.. After all of that I take it to his house to set it up and I was going to redeem the game he was gifted from nvidia on the geforce experience application and it seems totally dead and keeps giving me a error saying that it cannot connect to nvidia.

I have un installed and re installed.

I have done everything involving the netservice file.

I have tweaked the code inside of the sys32 host file.

I have also un installed and tried an older version.

Nothing is working...

Here I have attached some pictures so you can get an idea of exactly what is happening.

Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks guys.

i had similar experience before.what i did was use DDU and wipe the driver clean and reinstall everything.i dont really need geforce experience except shadowplay.

download DDU(display driver uninstaller) and run it.it should give an option to boot into safe mode.then check the nvidia box and run it.once its finish restart your pc and install the driver again.

Revert the changes you did

i believe he did this after having issue with the app which is not recommended to do.probably will face other issue if its not revert.

I did revert after it didnt work. I did the DDU process and still no luck..

Gonna reinstall windows and get a wired connection will let u know what happens
