Go to Device manager and uninstall all your display adapters.Reboot

One problem I had when I replaced my card was a conflict somewhere, which my
system couldn't handle. In the end I unplugged everything -- cable modem,
joystick, all USB devices etc -- and restarted, then plugged everything in
one by one. This fixed it, but I still have no idea where the conflict was.

i tried but the problem doesn't go away!!!
sigh!
i hope that nvidia realizes a new (and good) driver in less time!

I had a similar problem with my GeForce MX400 and with my SiS315E
video cards. As the latest video drivers don't like FS9. While many
know-it-alls will tell you to fix any problem by installing the
latest and greatest drivers. What they don't understand is sometimes
often, it's the latest drivers that are the problem!

Although the drivers from October 2003 worked fine for both of my
video cards (must have been a good month for drivers). Although I
don't think there are any older drivers for your GeForce 6200. I
wonder how much trouble you would get into installing the older
v52.16 drivers?

Cheers!

it!
