could be corrupted download. first, download the new drivers again. you should first uninstall the old driver setup from control panel, and then restart your PC in safe mode and use DDU to remove leftovers and then restart in normal mode and try installing new drivers.

Okay that fixed that problem, but now there's another.
I should mention that I took the PC to the shop the other day because my fans weren't working and they fixed them and decided to take a look at the rest of the PC for me. I got it back today and that's when the problems started. When i got the PC back they had said that my SLI feature was off the entire time and they turned it on for me (This seemed strange to me because I know it was on before)
