Geforce GT 440 or ATI HD 6670??

Hi guys

I'm buying a graphics card for my system, looking at the GT 440 1GB ddr3 and HD 6670 1GB ddr3

My system specs are :
Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 3.0ghz
4GB ddr3 Ram
500gb 7200rpm hard drive
350 watt power supply

I'm not really a hardcore gamer, but I plan on running games like Crysis 2, Far Cry 2 etc.

Which card will perform better??

Hd 6670 is better than gt 440.hd 6670 is also new gen card and consumes very less power.so go for hd 6670 1gb.
