O.k. so I'm having some problems with getting my new graphics card to do it's job, I've got a acer M3985 i3
I went out a brought a GeForce Gt 610 (DDR3 2Gb)

When I put the card into the allocated slot and then turn it on, my screen doesn't come on, the new card does's have a power supply so I know that's not the problem,

Any help would be great

I took a look at your pc's datasheet, and noticed that the standard power supply is only 300 watts. Do you still have this 300W PSU? Because a power supply that's too weak could also be the issue.

Some one did tell me that maybe my power supply was to low, I may go out and get a new one
I Enabled PCI-E in Bois and still nothing, I even went out and brought a lower spec, Geforce Gt 210 (DDR3 1Gb) and the same thing happen's

Then it's not the GT 610 causing the problem. It still might be your PSU, the GT 210 actually uses more power than the 610 (29W vs 30,5 W). So yeah, you should try a new PSU (preferably 400W or above).
If that doesn't work, it might be your motherboard. But that's the last thing to try.
