A GT 710 is not a gaming GPU. If you want to run Arma 3 youll need at least a 1050ti and even then the performance wont be great. You want it to be decent get a GTX 1060+.

a gt 710 is what you buy to watch videos and plug in two monitor, nothing else

to play arma 3 you need a very powerful cpu, at least a i5 or a ryzen r5

a gpu like gtx 1050ti is your minimum to play a game like that

no one should buy a gt 710 anymore
