You can probably run them, but maybe if you have them at lowest and reduce the resolution. I doubt you can play GTA V at any resolution, and 4gb of RAM isn't helping either.

If you want to play them, you'll likely need at least a GT 1030 or a 1050.

that gpu is very slow, on the lowest resolution and lowest settings expect a very regular experience

you need 8 gbs of ram for gta v, it does use lots of ram, it will work with 4 but the experience will not be good

No. The 710 is not a gaming GPU. If you have integrated graphics on anything half modern, it is probably better than the 710.
