GeForce GT 730 2 GB 64 bit with power supply 350Watt

hey guys ! just want to know if my PSU would be able to handle this low profile card. My system specs are as follows:

PSU : ISO-450PP 350 Watt(This is the rating of my supply)

MoBo : Intel DQ45CB
Processor : Core2Duo E8400 3.00 GHz
RAM : 6 GB DDR2 (3*2GB)
HDD : 1 TB Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 + 80 GB 3.5 internal Harddisk(don't remember the brand)
2*80mm Fans
1 DVD/CD-RW Combo

I really don't have the budget to upgrade my power supply so please tell me if my PSU can handle this load with the additional graphic card as mentioned above! Cheers.

Since that card pulls its power from the PCIe slot and needs very little of it, your PSU has enough power.

I am only worried considering the fact that i am putting quite a bit of load on the PSU (2 Harddisks and 4 Ram sticks)

You'll be fine, those other parts don't put in to much load.
