Geforce GT 730 compatible with my motherboard?

i have this one gigabyte G31M-ES2C
is it compatible ?
if no shall i buy this one ? : Gigabyte H81M-D2

Yes it is however it is quite old so the PCIe ports (where the GPU goes) will have lower maximum bandwidth because they are 2.0 not the newest 3.0. It no being the newer one means you won't get the full potential of the card but it will run fine regardless. Hope this helps
