GeForce GT 730 don't run game smoothly on my pc

My pc configuration is:

- Intel Processor Core i7 3.6 GHZ 4th GEN
- GigabyteB85 Chipset Motherboard GA-B85M-D3H
- Gaming RAM G-Skill Tridentx 16GB (8*2) DDR3 1600 BUS CL10 1.65V
- HDD 1TB Western Digital SATA 7200 RPM WD
- Gaming Power Supply Corsair VS500

Today, I have bought GeForce GT 730 4GB DDR3. I have installed fifa 17 and it's not running smoothly.

I am also noticing, it's not updated to GEFORCE GAME READY DRIVER 397.93:

Though, at this website, it tells that it supports GT 730:

Is there anything I can do for running games smoothly and make my graphics card's drivers up to dated? Or is this graphics card not good enough to run latest pc games? If not, minimum which version will be suitable for me with my pc configuration?

730 is a very old card, a budget card 2 generations ago, in order to run the latest games smoothly, you would need a gtx 1050 or 1050ti. If you can I would suggest you to return or exchange the product. Since you have reasonable power supply. I would suggest a 1050ti or 1060, if your budget allow. Otherwise, the minimum requirement for today’s standard will be 1050 @ 1080p gaming at medium settings.

The GT 730 is below the minimum requirement for FIFA 17.

You may be having some driver issues though causing you to have lower performance than you normally would. I would reinstall the driver.

Uninstall your driver with http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

and reinstall the proper driver for your system by selecting the correct GPU model and OS. (you may already have this) https://www.geforce.com/drivers

Everyone will tell you the same: GT730 is a piece of !@#$ card. It's meant to be used for multimedia, which includes watching movies and literally nothing else. It's also very old, 5 years at least. Yes, the internet shows that this product is supported, that's why you can launch a game, but GT730's gaming capabilities will never reach your expectations. Why? because:
1. GT730 is not a gaming card
2. Its 5+ years old

Now take in consideration, you're trying to run a 2017 game on a graphics card from 2013, which was not meant to game on even in 2013, what else can you expect? It's like making your grandpa play football vs Ronaldo.

Thanks for your suggestion. I will be able to exchange this graphic cards. If I don't find gtx 1050 or 1050ti from my buyer (I have already talked to my buyer and he told that he might not be able to collect gtx 1050 or 1050ti), which alternative version (could be others except nvidia GeForce too like MSI etc.) should I buy?
