geforce gts 250 freezing problem

Hi, I have a little problem with my GPU.
Every time I lunch any game, after a few seconds it all freezes.
After the reset the textures are garbled, even the BIOS.
I have screenshots that show the exact moment it crashes.

Faulty GPU? Rest of your spec? In game freeze can be caused by PSU cannot power the card properly.

yes, the pc was checked and it was a power supply issue, the problem already solved, thank you and have a nice day.
