Geforce GTS 250 vs Geforce GT 630

I was told that the GTS 250 is a better graphics card than the GT 630 but i've noticed when i'm playing games with the GT 630, FPS seems to be higher than when i'm playing with GTS 250. I can't afford another card right now so help please!!!

I've not owned both the cards and done a comparison, but I used a website called Google which has some information that might be useful;

250 is just a die shrunk 9800 chip. the 630 is a newer gpu so it going to be slightly faster then the older card.
