Solution Dark Lord of Tech Dec 5, 2017 Most of the cards have a thermal limit of about 64C , that has to be reached before the fans kick in. They will kick in a startup for a few seconds Your card is fine!

volkgren Judicious Aug 13, 2017 5,827 33 32,090 Dec 5, 2017 #3 That is normal. They are preset to only spin after hitting 59C-61C (*yea it might be 64C). You can change the fan curve with a program like MSI Afterburner or EVGA PrecisionX. Upvote 0 Downvote
