GeForce Gtx 1050 not spinning

I just got this new Gtx 1050 but when I powered the PC it spins for 3 seconds and stops. I have a 500 watt Power Supply.

Most of the cards have a thermal limit of about 64C , that has to be reached before the fans kick in. They will kick in a startup for a few seconds

That is normal. They are preset to only spin after hitting 59C-61C (*yea it might be 64C). You can change the fan curve with a program like MSI Afterburner or EVGA PrecisionX.
