Question GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI AFTERMARKET?

i got a system quiet with noctua fans at low speed except for a kfa2 geforce gtx 1050 ti 4gb oc is the only thing i can hear even at idle since
the fan curve is set at minimum 40 percent.

from what i heard 1050 ti dont support aftermarket coolers but that guy in the Youtube video Changes it to a Arctic cooler.

would this be possible with this card?

I don't think that you could do anything reasonable.
You could water cool it with a block, but that's very expensive.
NZXT makes a kit to take a AIO and mount it to a GPU, but I don't know how much better that is.
