I just bought new components for my PC

i5 7400
Gigabyte-GA-H270 HD3 1151 Motheboard -
Intel Core i5 7500 CPU
Corsair LPX Vengence DDR4 RAM 8gb
750 W PSU
etc.

And i just finished building it and I m sure i plugged everything in correctly because (i got a professional lol). But about a minute after I turn it on the fans for the GPU stop turning. Is this temperature issues? as I have no heat sink or what is the issue?

Solution
If you're trying to run your computer without a CPU Heatsink, you're risking your components health. You should never apply power to your computer without proper cooling.

What do you mean you "have no heat sink" are you saying that your CPU has no fan?

Also you need to provide all of your components to us, if you can try and use pcpartpicker's site or just list them here.
