I'm looking at buying a PC and the one I have been looking at has the GeForce GTX 1060 6gb (mini version) I was wondering, will the mini version affect the fps compared to the normal sized 1060?

Actual performance should be near identical-the major difference would be the cooling capabilities. The normal 1060 having a larger heatsink with more fans would have much better temps than the mini version.
