Question geforce GTX 1660 super, games crashing randomly

hello. i have encountered a problem since i tried getting starfield to work. suddenly most of my games begins to crash, sometimes after 1 hour sometimes immedeatly. when EAFC24 crashes it gives me a Directx error, and when i try other games it just says something is wrong with my driver. i have tried many things, but nothing seems to work. my GPU is the Geforce GTX 1660 super
other than that i had recently installed a new SSD and Ram. can anyone help, thanks in advance

full system specs including age and model of PSU? Did you use DDU to uninstall and then reinstall the drivers?

I would try using DDU to uninstall the drivers and if that doesn't work, update the BIOS because it is severely outdated.

yeah i can see i forgot that but cant see what kind it is, i can only see it is DIMM,
DDR4, because when i go check the qvl list, it looks nothing like whats in my computer

i have updated everything i could from lenovo´s update list. but it didnt seem to change my BIOS
i have also downloaded DDU, after i have uninstalled then what/where am i supposed download
