Hi There,

I have a OEM GeForce GTX 560 Ti for one year now.
I've been thinking about a replacement for it... it is toooo noisy and hot...
I was thinking that HD 7950 could be one... but then I found that there is no big difference between those two..
Or I missed something?

I would appreciate if you could suggest me a good replacement for my GTX 560 Ti.

I am not going to overclock or something. All I need a performance card with small noise level and relative cold.

Thanks in advance,
Vladimir.

An hd 7950 would be much more powerful, although it would still make some noise. A good alternative would be to get a watercooled video card, although that would be expensive.

An HD7850 would be just a slight performance inicrease but drop you about 80w power consumption. They both run about 65c under load though.

A 6790 runs about 30c cooler but its gaming ability is more on par with a 550ti/560se.

1920x1080

Mainly... Starcraft 2 and Battlefiled 3...

If it matters, I have also i7 2600 3.4

Thanks.

Thank you all!

Is Asus Radeon HD7950-DC2T-3GD5-V2 any better than 660 Ti from Asus?
speaking of Power Consumption, performance.... i don't know.
What would you recommend between these two?

Thanks again!
