I was optimising shadow warrior to get a stable 60 fps, which I quite easily achieved. I then alt tabbed from the game to check something performance related, and after I tabbed back in my fps was stuck around 20-25. I have no idea what's going on, minimized all the settings, no fps gain. Just a while ago it was at 60, now stuck at 20ish (on all settings).

I started really digging in to this, running Unigine Valley Benchmark on the Extreme HD preset. I'm getting 7-10 fps. Maybe a month or two ago I did some benchmarking with the same software, hitting 40+ fps easily. On afterburner my GPU temperatures are barely getting above 40, they used to get 75ish on valley benchmark when I did my benchmarking. Even if my GPU usage is 100% during a game or benchmark, the card itself doesn't really heat up. (fan doesn't even speed up from 50%)

My gpu drive version is 331.82
cpu i5 2500K

altered afterburner settings:
core voltage: 1037
core clock: 822
memory clock: 2000

I've also change some voltage settings on bios, way way back to prevent the card from crashing.

The card has been working properly with these same settings.

Thanks for your help in advance.
