Geforce gtx 570 sli

Hi i really need help with an issue ive been having for some time now. When i play games on my computer it keeps crashing. At first i get some screen tearing then the fan starts to spin real quick and then it just reboots...
I even went back to the store where i bought the computer and had them have a look at it. They just told me that nvidias latest drivers are making my graphic cards to overheat and that i should use an older version of the driver but still the same problem.
I keep getting this error message in windows:

I don't believe you have 4 gigabytes of effective memory with a 570 they do not combine when you put them in tandem with one another. And with manufacture I was looking for something like MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, ZOTAC. However if it is really nvidia thats okay. Also you cpu is a quad core with 4 hyper threaded cores which really aren't additional cores just additional threads.
Your resolution seems a bit off would you by chance have the model number of your display?
Also, what about your PSU (power supply unit)

That doesn't really answer what monitor you have or your power supply. Also to my knowledge the highest memory you can have with your video card is a 2.5 gigabyte version of the 570 like the one made by evga.

And the reason why I thought your resolution may be off is because the resolution just sounds off. And the refresh rate as well I wouldn't suspect a monitor at that resolution running at that refresh rate it ought to be at 60hz.

Ok i havent had any time to check this further, can you please help me to find out this info that i need to find to get help?

I would try one card at a time and see if you run into these issues.
