Hello i was upgradeing my computer and had a few questions

Power Supply-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182076
Ram-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314
Graphic Card- Ati Radeon 5800 Series( got from a friend not really sure of the link on newegg)

My question is this i wanted to upgrade the computer slowly but surely first being the graphics card and my current mobo is pci express 2.0x16(x4) and all the news graphics cards are pci express 3.0x16 now i wanted to know if I could put a 3.0 pic express card into a 2.0 slot( i been told it will not run as fast as it could still not sure)

Also was woundering if i should upgrade the power supply this card says 500 watt but i think i should upgrade.

Solution
The pcie 3.0 cards are compatible with previous pcie, like the 2.0, you have one at 16x, there's no hit in performance.
A 670 gtx requires a 500w psu, the apevia that you chose isn't better than the rosewill stallion, i don't recommend the apevia psus, if you want a new psu get from brands like antec, xfx, corsair, etc, a quality one is what you need.
