Hello Guyz .. im thinking of buying a Workstation as i work on 3ds max Alot and need to save the render time ..so i might go with one of those Either Dell T7500 or HP Z600 ..and for a smooth navigation i found a GTX 690 a very good graphic card for 3ds max So the questions are :-

1 - Can a Gtx 690 be installed on both of them without any problems ?
2 - the Z600 PSU Wattage is 650 and thats the recommended for the GTX 690 so is that would be enough ? or i better have the Dell T7500 with 1100 Watt PSU ?

thanks in advance

and for the first question !! ? can it be installed or not

i dont but GTX 690 Such an amazing graphic card for Millions of reasons ..the most important reason is that its certified and recommened by autodesk ..and i've seen view port performance video which sound so pleasing ... in addition to that i can work with Unreal Engine smoothly and running games at full HD with high frame rates so thats the best choice for me .. and i've read that quadro 4000 isnt that well so i think ill be sticking to the GTX 690 but the main question is ..can it be installed ?

Yes but that certified list is not what you should be getting a card based off of. All it means is they've tested it but there hasn't been any card I've seen that has had issues. If you are getting a used 690 for cheap then sure go ahead although I'd still go with a single gpu card. The viewports in max will only use 1 gpu. Only iray and quicksilver are gpu renderers in case you didn't know and those will use both gpus. UE only uses 1 gpu as well and sli support is game dependent. When it's only using 1 gpu, you are going to be near 680 performance.
