Geforce GTX 750

I just need to be sure that is my motherboard(H81M-S1) compatible with nvidia Geforce gtx 750 ?
My smps(http://i.imgur.com/RXwDzeU.jpg). I have asked this question before too ,but just needed to be sure cause i screw up most of the time.
My Rig:-
Intel I5 4670 4th generation
6 GB ram
H81M-S1 motherboard
500Hdd

You have a PCI-E X16 slot, yes it will work no problem. Your current power supply is fine for the meantime, though later on i would suggest you upgrade it to something better.

Any modern graphics card is compatible with your motherboard.
Your power supply is questionable at best, but should be fine for a GTX 750 or GTX 750 Ti.
