and connect the fan power cable to the powersupply and not the card fan plug . you mite damage the card if the fan takes more power from the card , so just connect the Fan to the power supply directly and let it run full speed all time.

If your card heatsink is smaller...

I emailed EVGA to see if they have any replacement fans and they emailed me back saying they do not have any available fans for sale. I am also out of warranty.
That is really bad news for me.

GTX 750 ti in ebay is worth $35-$40 now , there is no point wasting money replacing the fans .

you can however mod the card and remove the bracket , keep the heat sink , and use any standard 92 fan above it and use zipties ..

A quick search on Ebay.ca shows the lowest I can find is $61 and it is the 1GB model. That is unfortunately out of my budget.
But once I get home from work I will try to mod the card like you said. As long as zipties and a standard fan works, I'll be happy with that. Is there any guides on how to do that?

If your card heatsink is smaller and hard to do it like the movie , dont remove the heatsink and us the zipties to tie the fan the bracket itself .

Remove the older fan until there is a circle whole , and tie the fan on top of that hole. blowing air on the heatsink.

and get at least 92 fan for this .. dont use small fan.

Great! That seems like an easy job, not too complicated, thanks!
Now I need to know which fan I should get. Since you recommend that I run the fan at full speed all the time, I would like to get a fan that is quiet.
The hole in the GPU where the fan is, is 95mm x 95mm so I am thinking of getting a 92mm fan since a 120mm would seem too big.
Would this be a good fan? https://www.amazon.ca/F9-PWM-Rev-Dynamic-Bearing/dp/B00H3SVWF4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1509864716&sr=8-2&keywords=92mm+fan
