I have a k4200 that under occt load it reaches 82° and in everyday use I get around 40°C.
As my room is pretty cold (15°) I would like to lower it like 5 to 10deg.

Is there a way to do this without liquid cooling?
I also added a heatsink on top of the card's sink with a cooler, but it makes almost no difference..

Also, as the psu in on the bottom of the case, distant less than 10cm I'm concerned of a possible vortex effect
any hints?

taken it apart, cleaned it, apllied new paste and changed the silicon heat pads, added a heatsink + 60mm fan blowing directly
no difference

It's an old card, but it's a 256bit arch, It's good enough for a few light games
