Hello everyone i am looking for order today GeForce RTX 2080 Ti which model ?

but i am not sure any model Asus or msi or Gigabyte and why

It will come down to personal preference, cooling solution and power draw imo-I can't imagine any of the cards really outperforming another, the difference will be minimal. I can imagine all AIB partner cards to have great thermals as they all seem to have beefy coolers with THICK heatsinks strapped on. I was surprised with one of the MSI variants requiring 2x8+1x6pin power so perhaps keep that in mind as well. But basically find a good deal on something you find aesthetically pleasing and you'll be fine.

MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Duke OC

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Windforce O

this 2 card about 50 $ lower price from other models i dont i dont know why any of this 2 cards you recommend me or go with ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Dual OC

Once again its a matter of preference-I am biased as I'm an Asus fan but in this case I wouldn't get the dual variant. If I had to make a choice it'd be the msi duke
