Question Geforce RTX 3060 no signal

My pc was running fine and one day it just lost signal. Once turning it one everything seems to be working fine but there is no signal to the minitor. The monitor keep swithing from hdmi to analog but if I connect a laptop it works fine. What can be the problem with the GPU? Any solutions?

please list some more specs of your pc. What cpu, motherboard, brand of the power supply do you have?

Cpu: ryzen 5 2600x
Motherboard: msi x470
Psu: corsair cx650
The build was with xfx radeon rx590 and its owned by my brother in law, he ised to have some trouble with the old gpu, losing signal while playing, and he replaced the gpu with this one and now there is no signal from the start up, maybe its a problem with the psu. I dont know…
