Question GeForce RTX 4090/4080 video card with least/hush/faint or none at all coil whine

Is there such a card?
I tried a Gigabyte Gaming OC and PNY and both had a little too much though more tame than Asus Tuf and Strix and MSI.

Though I had a Gaming OC 3090 Ti and it had almost none.

Would Innod3D or Palit, or Zotak or any others be any better

I have heard Asus and MSI and even Founders have lots of bad coil whine this gen.

I was disappointed to find the Gaming OC 4090 had more whine than Gaming OC 3090 Ti as the Gaming OC 3090 Ti was very faint and hush and power draw is very similar. I thought Gaming OC 4090 would be the same but no more whine for sure though not terrible but definitely too much.

Is coil whine normal? Is it a design flaw or a manufacturing flaw: could you get lucky and get one without it?

Is a card with a more overkill VRM like maybe the Aorus Master or Palit Hall of Fame a better bet as less VRM loaded maybe less or no whine??

Or will the GPU just run faster on its own regardless??
